What is the return policy?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Some items that are marked “final sale” or “hygiene sensitive” are not eligible for returns — these will be clearly indicated before purchase.
What condition must returned items be in?
Returns must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging intact. Please ensure the item is in the same condition you received it; we may refuse the return if the item is damaged, washed, or missing original tags.
How do I start a return or exchange?

]) within 14 days of delivery. We’ll provide instructions and a returns address. Once you notify us, you have another 14 days to send the item back.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to our error (e.g. faulty or not as described), we will cover the return posting costs. If you're returning for any other reason (e.g. you changed your mind), returns postage will be at your expense unless otherwise agreed.
When will I get my refund?
